Ethiture®– Where Ethics and Culture Merge – Ethical Standards and The Culture You Create
Ethiture®—a portmanteau of Ethics and Culture—explores the powerful relationship between personal values, ethical decision-making, and the workplace cultures they create.
Because every workplace culture is the product of ethical decisions—whether leaders realize it or not. It’s something you create through thousands of ethical choices made every day.
Through interaction, engaging discussion, and practical examples, participants discover:
- Where organizational culture actually comes from.
- Why two people can interpret the same situation completely differently.
- How personal values influence workplace behaviors.
- The connection between ethics, trust, accountability, teamwork, and patient experience. ®
- Simple leadership practices that create a healthier, more resilient workplace culture.
This isn’t a lecture about right and wrong.
It’s an eye-opening experience that helps employees and leaders understand why culture develops the way it does—and how they can intentionally shape one that attracts great employees, strengthens teamwork, supports exceptional customer service, and helps businesses thrive.
Participants leave inspired with a practical action they can immediately implement to create meaningful, lasting cultural change within their workplace.

Session flow: The session will begin with stories of past managers and lessons learned from their styles both positive and not. We will then talk about what ethics mean, how ethics are derived and make comparisons to others. The participants will have an opportunity to share their new knowledge in real time using easy and fun technology. Stephanie draws in current statistics from the audience industry to help participants see a high-level view of their company’s Human Resources. Participants then have an opportunity to work in small groups to create shareable outcomes that can be used in their own organizations. We conclude with a call to action to help them understand their personal opportunities to affect their own workplace, family and community as a whole.
