Ethiture®– Where Ethics and Culture Merge – Ethical Standards and The Culture You Create
Where does culture comes from? How do the various types of culture emerge and what is the effect on your organization? In this unique program we’ll define both ethics and culture and explore how ethics are derived from your personal values, experience, culture, religion and background. Participants discover how ethical values and culture merge and learn the value of a healthy, thriving workplace culture. This highly interactive program may include participants experiencing our innovative training tool Company Culture – A Game of Workplace Traction not Transaction®.
Check out our experiential Company Culture gamified workshop.
This program fulfills the Ethics requirements for HRCI, Institute of Management Accountants and many others.
Learning outcomes:
- Participants define key concepts of company culture values, ethics, accountability and integrity for the organization
- Participants discuss how personal ethics and culture relate to the decisions we make at work (and affect ourselves, our team and our organization)
- Participants will learn several behaviors that positively improve company culture and ethical decision-making
- Participants are encouraged and inspired to commit to one action for applying this learning to the workplace.
Session flow: The session will begin with stories of past managers and lessons learned from their styles both positive and not. We will then talk about what ethics mean, how ethics are derived and make comparisons to others. The participants will have an opportunity to share their new knowledge in real time using easy and fun technology. The speaker draws in current statistics from the audience industry to help participants see a high-level view of their company’s Human Resources. Participants then have an opportunity to work in small groups to create shareable outcomes that can be used in their own organizations. We conclude with a call to action to help them understand their personal opportunities to affect their own workplace, family and community as a whole.
Keynote or Breakout session options. In-Person and Virtual options available.
